That's a really diverse list there Elaine. Looks good!

Becky OK got my books listed. Not sure I'll be able to get some of them from the library in time but i will try. Not to mention Natchez burning is over 30 discs LOL I have checked it out twice already & didn't get to read it before it was due back. 3rd times a charm?

I think it might be a bit ambitious too Michelle. Some of the books fit into the AR Spring challenge but some I haven't managed to ever read in all these years not sure how I'll do it in a month!!! But most of the fun is in having a go.

Ok, so I've chosen one for each category but realistically I'll probably only get half of them read in one month :-)

1. Sort TBR by date added and read the book that appears first - Fallen (This book just keeps coming up for me to read in so many challenges and I still never get to it - hahaha!)
2. Sort TBR by number of pages and read a book between 300-400 pages - An Object of Beauty - Finished 21/9/14
3. Sort TBR Alphabetically by title and read the first book that starts with the letter ‘N’- Naked Empire
4. Sort TBR by Publication Date and read a book that appears in the top 5 oldest books published - Gulliver's Travels
5. Sort TBR by Publication Date and read a book that appears in the top 5 most recent books published - The Perfect Game
6. Sort TBR by Average Rating and read a book that has a rating of 4.0 or higher - The Godfather

Fallen (Fallen, #1) by Lauren Kate An Object of Beauty by Steve Martin Naked Empire (Sword of Truth, #8) by Terry Goodkind Gulliver's Travels by Jonathan Swift The Perfect Game by Stephen Paul The Godfather by Mario Puzo

Elaine | 140 comments Finished my first for this challenge, which I manged to read in two sittings that's how good it was. No.6: 4star rating or more: The Collected Works of A. J. Fikry The Collected Works of A. J. Fikry by Gabrielle Zevin . Five stars and 5 points for me.

message 10: by Becky (new)

Becky I don't think I will get this challenge finished because I just found out that my N book is like 4th or 5th in a series & I want to read the first book first.

Don't you hate that Becky? More books to add to your TBR but on the up side, it's always a good thing when you find a new series. Maybe the other books in the series could fit into the challenge?

message 12: by Becky (new)

Becky yes, and I have heard the series is awesome! I think i'll just delete this book from my To read list & that would make another book the first N book on my list. & I will try to read that one.

That could work, Becky. Good luck sorting it out. :)

I managed to finally finish one of my challenge books An Object of Beauty the other day so I finally have some points on the board.
It was good actually because I probably wouldn't have chosen this book to read myself over all my others for who knows how long so it was refreshing to read a totally random book for a change.
