Ha! Yeah - he is definitely a favorite!

I am only 4 chapters but I’m so intrigued and fascinated by this story. I can see this whole story playing out in my head like I’m watching a movie!

It is really interesting - I would be done by now if life and other books didn't keep getting in the way!😀

Same Matthew! I don’t want to put this down. It’s been a very long time since I’ve come across a fantasy novel that I’ve enjoyed this much!

Awesome! I have finally caught up on a couple other book club reads so I think I will finish this over the next couple of days - and I cannot wait to see what happens!

Matthew wrote: "Dare I get my hopes up? The first 50 pages or so are REALLY good!"I'm late on this book so I just started it. But yup, I only had time for the first 50 pages but loving it so far!
I’ve never read a fantasy book before so I was dubious about this one but 150 pages in and I’m totally hooked!

Nice!
Nice!
I just started this as an audiobook. It has a really intriguing premise. It reminds me of a Harry Potter meets Ready Player One so far.

Foundryside is back in the currently reading bucket for those who missed it the first time around orthose who want to reread it before you read the sequel.
I don't know how I completely missed this as the group read. Must have been a busy month. I'm going to look for both and hope to catch up.

Awesome - I am thinking of seeing if I can get the first on audio for a reread for a refresher before Shorefall.

I just placed a hokd on Foundryside (audible) and one on Shorefall, but that only had the ebook as even available. Who knows how long it will take to get them, but at least I am trying!

GO Kandice! You know if it doesn't happen this month, we will be ready to discuss it any time. Actually, I am worried I might not get into Shorefall for a few weeks - or maybe even January!

I hadn't heard of this one. I gotta' look it up.
Let's see we just got done with Dreams of Joy. Next up for December is a syfy thriller Obscura
I’m absolutely loving it! This is not normally the genre I pick up, which makes me incredibly excited about liking it. Cannot wait for shorefall

That is awesome, Josefine! It is always great when a book outside of your normal comfort zone clicks.
