Danny comes out of Algebra as he walks toward the student store to buy a apple.He is a bit tired for not going asleep that passed night because of doing homework.But now he was all caught up and took a small break.

As Danny walked looking at his phone he suddenly got hit in the face with a guitar bad as he dropped his phone and it broke."Crap" he said rubbing his face wondering what happened.

He frowned."I'm so sorry,Don't feel bad...I really should watch where it is i'm going" He said picking up his broken phone."It's not your fault" he smiled weakly rubbing his face.

He stopped her quickly and helped her pick up her things."Looks it's fine.I just need to be more careful.You want to make it up to me?Don't feel bad then because then i will" He said smiling as he held her hand.

He sighed feeling bad.The only thing he could think of doing was kissing her to shock her and make her stop.So he kissed her quickly then moved away."At least you will be angry now and not feel bad." He said smiling at the taste of her lips."You can't feel bad."

"Crap" he said as she ran away.He felt bad but at least this way she wasn't crying anymore.He would have gone after her but he had classes to go to and she seemed like she didn't want to talk so he bought his apple and went to class sighing.

After class he wondered the halls until he found his way to his car.He got in and drove to a local restaurant.He was so hungry.

Danny sighed as he looked down after eating.He left to his dorm when it was around night time and ordered a new phone on his Macbook.It would arrive the next morning.

He sat in his dorm, grateful that he had it alone and didn't need to share. He wouldn't be able to do that considering Danny was such a neat freak.

Danny sat in his dorm sighing as he walked outside for a walk.He was wondering where the girl from early was.

Thea was almost to the vending machine when she saw him coming. It was the boy who'd kissed her. Kissed her for no reason. And he was standing between her and the vending machine almost as if he wanted to ruin her chocolate run.

He looked up shocked as he saw the girl. He felt bad and didn't want to make it awkward as he turned and started walking to other way with no word.

"My, my. One minute he's kissing you, the next minute he's walking away as if he doesn't recognise you. How rude." Thea was surprised the words had come out of her mouth but it was clear nothing about their 'situation' was normal.

He frowned and turned around. "I kissed you so you wouldn't feel bad… I'm sorry I did it but I rather you hate me then you be sad"He admitted sighing.

"Is there something wrong with you?" Thea asked frowning. "Why are you so nice? You don't even know me. And by the way, making someone feel better by kissing them, not such a great plan but..."

"I don't know, maybe something is wrong with me. I'm sorry for kissing you, I really am… you can sue me for sexual harassment or anything and I won't be mad I did something bad"He frowned.

Thea moved forward studying him suspiciously. She reached out her hand and pinched his cheek. "Ladies and gentlemen, he's real. Where were you two months ago when i was meeting Stupid Arnold?" she shook her head disappointed. "You're nice. I can't sue you for something stupid. You should be suing me for your phone."

He rubbed his cheek in pain at the pinch. "Ow… "He said frowning. "What was that for… and what are you talking about? "He looked at her slightly confused. "I wouldn't ever see you… you don't deserve anything that bad"

Thea smiled, the left side of her mouth going up. "How do you know I don't deserve that? Maybe I'm some evil girl who like, does bad things." She looked away, suddenly embarrassed. "Sorry, i pinched you. Just wanted to confirm that there are actual nice people out there better than my stupid ex-boyfriend, Stupid Arnold."

"Its okay, you look really nice and pretty… I just assume you don't like to do anything bad I'm sorry"He said watching her.

"What a beautiful name Thea"He smiled. "Let me"He says as he went to the vending machine and bought her a chocolate candy.

He smiled at the way she ate thinking it was cute. "I'm Danny"He smiled. "Your dorm near by? "he asked. "I rather walk you back then you go alone"

"I wouldnt do that"He smiles. "Its disrespectful considering you had a bad relationship, don't want you to think I will take advantage of you"He said frowning.

"I'm sorry… I didn't want to… i… just… your lips seemed so calling and you where sad and I didn't want to see you sad"He frowned.

He looked at her shocked. "Uhmmm… "He said looking down. "but…. i… I'm not even that great of a kisser"He said looking down confused.

He bit her lips nervously instead of his and frowned. "Sorry"He said against her lips as he tried to make her feel better with a deep kiss.

He looked down heart broken. Just when he was fallign for her the words shattered his little hope. "Your right… my fault"He said as he quickly ran to his dorm locking himself inside.

Danny sat at the clif of his bed, wishing it was a real clif so he could just jump off and all his problems will go away..
everything bad to normal

Danny took shower. He didn't really sleep well they night and needed to go out and try and forget about the night before. He knew she hated him and wished he never meet her at all. He walked to a coffee shack and bought a triple red eye.

Danny sat down with his book open as he began studying for the big exam that he would have to be taking soon and was no where near ready.

He sighed… It was so hard to concentrate with a million thoughts moving through his mind. It feel like nothing was going to stand still.

He heard something from the table as he looked up shocked at her sitting there.He picked up this thigns too quickly and dropped his coffee on his pants in the middle and help back a scream as it burned."Damit..." he said as he sat down in pain looking around and give up looking for help as he just sat there awkwardly rocking.

"It's official. I'm bad luck." Thea stood up and threw her hands in the air. "I'll get napkins." She ran to the counter causing a stir in the shop and grabbed a bunch of napkins then ran back and handed them to him. "You hate me?" She said and bit her lower lip.

"No...I dont think your bad luck and i don't hate you" he sighed in pain trying not to hold on to there,too afraid to make it awkward but it hurt."I am sorry that i ever kissed you it was a mistake..."

"Oh." Thea frowned and felt her eyes begin to water. She thought for sure she didn't like this boy but hearing Danny say that kissing her was a mistake hurt her more than she thought it would. "I'm sorry that I disturbed you." She stood up. "I...I'm...you won't have to...um...see me again. I mean. It's just, don't think anything was your fault because you're nice and anybody would be lucky to know you." She turned towards the door.

He sighed in pain and stood up quickly taking her hand and turning her."look it wasn't like that,The kiss was amazing to me but doing it without permission wasn't right and yesterday you said that us being together was a mistake so i left."

Thea managed to hold back her tears. His hand was so gentle. "I'm sorry. I did not mean we shouldn't be together, not the way you think. I did just come out of a relationship like a day ago. I can't trust anyone right now. Not after being cheated on and stolen from." She took a step towards him and tried to look him in the eye.

"Oh… "He looked down. "Well I'm sorry for leaving. "Danny sighed looking down. "I'm not really a great guy… your boyfriend is probably twice the man I am"He admitted.

"Ex-boyfriend. And you don't know Arnold. He's as bad a they come." Thea looked at Danny. She was confused. Someone as handsome and as nice as him couldn't possibly have a bad streak. "I don't believe you're bad. Not even one bit." She said softly. Her heart rate was increasing.

He looked down. "Well I am… I hurt your feelings and made you cry… thats the worst thing ever"He said. "Who ever does that deserves to pay!

Thea laughed softly. "You haven't made me cry. This short time we've known each other, all you've done is say 'sorry' and been nothing but nice to me." she shook her head. "I don't think you understand do you? I was crying because of Arnold and now with you I know that there's actually someone who makes me feel something other than sick."

"oh… "He said smiling. "if you only knew how much I liked you, you'd be creeped out big time. "he laughed. "I'm glad you like me a little"He held her hand.

Thea smiled back glad they had finally reached common ground. She tightened her hand around his feeling her skin buzz with excitement. "So what do you want to do now? I can't imagine you want me to help you..." she looked at his books. "...study? And i have a class in a few minutes." She frowned and glanced at Penny who was just about to finish paying.

He looked at her sadly. "I wanted…. to be with you longer…. I'm sorry, illl be at your dorm tonight if thats okay with you, I also have class right now"He said looking at his book.
