What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

Hi. I read this book in 2012. It has two different parts with different stories which are I think running parallel to each other. The first story is about a blind girl who is kidnapped by the enemy soldiers(Sorry can't remember the war or her nationality) . She is the daughter of a scientist. An army officer is sent to rescue her. He rescues her and the fall in love whilst making their way back home. The second plotline is a sort of love triangle between three air force pilots( 2 guys and a girl). I will be grateful if some one could tell me the name of the book.
