Dear Aaron question

I am looking for other books like Dear Aaron or The Nerd and the Marine by D.R Grady where they haven't met in person and they write emails or letters to each other. I am having a hard time getting into a book right now I also like contemporary Alaskan Romances, Mountain Man romance, kidnapped rescue romances, secluded in the middle of nowhere or hiking in the woods alone together. I prefer books that aren't in first person if possible. So any suggestions of books with any of these plots would be appreciated. Thank you!
