The Essence of HeartbreakHello Everyone,
I am the author of the poetry collection book called ‘The Essence of Heartbreak’
I would really appreciate some honest critique of my poetry collection which is available on Amazon.
Here is an excerpt from the book;
“Your kiss,
soft like tulips
send tingles from the
hair follicles,
through the spine,
down to the depths of my feet.
Numbing senses as your
presence distracts my thoughts.
Knowing your spoken words heal wounds,
they manifested like stardust
and healed my scars.”

Hello everyone,I am Ravi verma. I have recently published my Poetry book "Breeze: Embrace the wind of thoughtful lines" and wanted to share it with you. Please do read it and share your feedback. Thank you.
Have a nice day.
"The sea of anxiety has filled the land,
truth of reality is haunting man.
Unattested cries of victims,
lost worth of values and humanly instincts.
Narrower roads of restrictive mind,
ignorant goons torturing mankind.
Source of power is terror they think,
fear leads to revolt they may soon experience."

If you enjoy Mary Oliver, David Whyte, Sartre, Carl Sagan, Keats, Rumi, and a bit of Douglas Adams, you might find my book to your liking.
It's available in paperback and Kindle versions, and is free through Kindle Unlimited. If you check it out, I'd greatly appreciate seeing what you thought of it via a review/rating.
Here are a few samples:
The poetry I love best
has words that glimmer
like moon gold
on dark waters,
and a hidden undertow
which pulls me into
its delicate sadness.
---
Unseen in their flight,
wild geese faintly call,
passing high overhead,
in the depths of night.
Instinctive travelers,
on invisible highways.
I envy their lack of lostness.
(excerpt)
---
In the vastness of the out-rushing cosmos,
you are but tiny—a warm and pulsing spark.
Against all odds, your birth a brief awakening
from silent eons spent sleeping in the dark.
When you feel your heart swell with wild wonder
at the dazzling diamond chandeliers of night,
know your body was built from ancient stardust
and the universe now sees through your eyes.
So let the breath of sweet gratitude fill you,
as the light of each new day begins.
For this moment itself is a miracle,
and to live it is your privilege my friend.
