Tommy Hancock (tommyhancock) | 318 comments Curious, maybe you guys can help me. I read/loved the Percy Jackson series. Now I'm interested in Riordan's other series, but I don't know where to start.

Is there are recommended reading order?

Roseena Peralta (roseenaperalta) I have heard that he did Kane chronicles and then there a merge series of Kane and perry. and I know he did a series with the lost hero the first book

message 8: by Rav Grewal (new)

Rav Grewal (r_grewal) After the Percy Jackson series, there is a follow on series with is the 'Heroes of Olympus' series. There are five book in the series and each book consists of multiples POVs (Percy, Annabeth, Leo, Jason, Piper, Nico, Frank, Hazel, Reyna etc)

There is also a series about ancient Egypt which are the Kane Chronicles books and there are a few crossovers with this and the Percy Jackson series.

There is also the Tres Navarre series about a boy who trys solving his father's murder (Or something along the lines of that)

Rick is working on a new series which is Magnus Chase and the Gods of Asgar. (Expected publication is October 6th 2015)

Okay, so can I just read it in this order:

Percy Jackson
Heroes of Olympus

Really. It looks like I was in high school when they first came out, and I was super busy with marching band, and so many other activities. Plus, I was reading strictly adult fiction back then.

I've been wanting to read them for a while, and I hope that I will find the time for them soon.
