Aderonke (aderonkeakavinita) | 1124 comments The whole "New Eyes" album by Clean Bandit except "New Eyes". I ironically don't like that song and Mozart's House.

Songs: (again by Clean Bandit, who is able to put the violin family into EDM and make it sound like a brilliant symphony)

Extraordinary featuring Sharna Bass
Dust Clears featuring Noonie Bao
Rather Be featuring Jess Glynne
A+E featuring Kandaka Moore and Nikki Cislyn
Come Over featuring Stylo G
Cologne featuring Nikki Cislyn and Javeon
Telephone Banking featuring Love Ssega
Up Again featuring Rae Morris
Heart On Fire featuring Eliasbeth Troy
Birch featuring Eliza Shaddad
Outro Movement III

And you better check them out because it took me 15 minutes to type all this.

Ginny Weasley | 68 comments Hey, Rather be is the song to one of my dances.

message 7: by Aderonke (new)

Aderonke (aderonkeakavinita) | 1124 comments Rather Be is one of the best love songs I have ever hear to be honest.

SWITCHFOOT IS AWESOME!!!"

YES THEY ARE. :D
YAAAAY. You have good taste. ^_____^ Relient K is fantasticccc; Matt does stuff with Owl City, and they toured with Switchfoot, and Jon Foreman is on one of their albums . . . so they're all connected. :'D

brooke1994 (formerlynarnian525) | 1174 comments I need a recommendation please. I want upbeat dance songs with a catchy beat and bass, but the problem with most bass party songs is the lyric content tends to be on the explicit side. Does anyone know some songs like that but with clean lyrics? By clean I mean no mention of cussing, drinking (non alcoholic drinks are fine), and absolutely no mention of anything associated with stripping.

Oh? Why?

message 26: by Aderonke (new)

Aderonke (aderonkeakavinita) | 1124 comments It kinda has like stuff about partying at a club and implied stuff happening so.

Ok. For songs that talk about that it depends. If they're really inappropriate with it I won't listen but if it's just hinted at or innuendoes I usually won't mind

message 28: by Aderonke (new)

Aderonke (aderonkeakavinita) | 1124 comments Not as bad as like "We Can't Stop" by Miley Cirus

Ok

message 30: by Aderonke (new)

Aderonke (aderonkeakavinita) | 1124 comments Actually the only inappropriate part (which isn't that inappropriate) is "Whatever happens is between you and I." I don't know but it took me a few times listening for me to like it.

message 31: by Aderonke (new)

Aderonke (aderonkeakavinita) | 1124 comments I don't even know why i thought it was in appropriate

message 32: by brooke1994 (new)

brooke1994 (formerlynarnian525) | 1174 comments Well the line "Just Between you and I" doesn't necessarily have to mean anything sexual. It could just be about a secret between a close couple or between friends. idk if that's relatable or not, but that's my take on it.

I know! They covered his beautiful voice with auto tune. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. In that case it didn't.

Monster by Skillet is awesome but I bet a lot of people have already listened to it

message 35: by [deleted user] (new)

ѵíղíԵɑ wrote: "Not as bad as like "We Can't Stop" by Miley Cirus"

That is not that bad of a song.

message 36: by [deleted user] (new)

Oh, yeah... I recommend The Temper Trap, they have killer songs.

message 37: by Claire (new)

Claire | 4 comments I would suggest listening to soundtracks. It could be your favourite movie, one you hate or one you've never seen but the soundtrack is almost always good. Here are some I've been obsessed with: Ender's Game, Star Trek, Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit, Interstellar, etc.

Lyd's Archive (7/'15 to 6/'18) (violabelcik) Natasha, Pierre, and the Great Comet of 1812
https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list...
It's a musical but the musical style is not typical theater

Samantha | 129 comments I love Heathens! I really need to listen to more of TOPs stuff. I always enjoy listening to movie and tv show soundtracks and Dictor Who has one of the best soundtracks ever

message 49: by [deleted user] (new)

Since we're talking about Heathens, I LOVE that song!!!!

I also love Imagine Dragons. And Owl City. Also Bea Miller. If you've ever watched a movie and Patrick Doyle did the music he is absolutely amazing. He did Eragon, some Harry Potters, Brave and more.

message 50: by Eve (new)

Eve (evecandell) | 2344 comments Alan Menken is a brilliant composer too, he did the soundtrack to Little Mermaid, Tangled, and a thousand others :)
