Right now these are all from Harry Potter. I'm a little obsessed.
Okay, for funny:
"Do you remember me telling you we are practicing nonverbal spells, Potter?"
"Yes," says Harry.
"Yes, sir."
"There's no need to call me 'sir,' Professor."
“Are you planning to follow a career in Magical Law, Miss Granger?” asked Scrimgeour.
“No, I’m not,” retorted Hermione. “I’m hoping to do some good in the world!”
Mrs. Weasley says, "Oh, that's everyone in the family!" And Fred says, "What are George and I? Neighbors?"
when they're all Harry, and Fred and Gorge turn to each other and say, "Oi! We're Identical!"
"You haven't got a letter on yours. She must think you don't forget your name. But we're not stupid. We know our names are Gred and Feorge."
And then for the sentimental + just awesome
