What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

Hi! Thanks for offering to help. The main character is a high school girl with multiple mental health issues. She's considered popular and no one knows about the problems. She meets a girl who becomes her best friend (Caroline is her name I think) and she helps her to write poems. She eventually invites her to this secret poem club. Eventually, she starts to date the guy she used to bully who is in her club. Caroline eventually goes missing, and she asks around about her whereabouts and finds out that she died years ago. I read this book in 2018. Thanks for the help! ^^
