I believe it should be completely legal but I don't think people should be getting late term abortions (I believe a life starts when the fetus is developed enough to leave the womb ie a c section) I also don't like the idea of people using abortion as a form of birth control

I don't think its right. If they really didn't want the baby they they should have been more careful. If she doesn't think she can take care of it, put it up for adoption. Being a mother is a previlige, and taking a life because it was a "mistake" is just wrong. You might as well have shot the kid.

What about a rape victim or a deformity or disorder or a miscarriage are you willing to put them though traumatic stress

the fact is if abortion was illegal then women would be sticking knives and medal clothes hangers up there you know what's to get an abortion, this could result in killing the mother and child and in Japan they had a ban on abortion and led to large scale illegal abortions (thousands of cases) where people died and also led people to kill newborn children

Oh I don't think it should be illegal. I just don't think its right. But I've got an open mind and don't think I have a say in what other women want to do with their babies.

There are already prostitutes they are legal in Nevada, and there are rapes in Nevada the fact is that banning something wont make it go away

it wont rapists don't do it for the sex they do it for the power of being in control they will never stop until they are locked up or die

Yes. It's life. It's things we can't control. A life is formed and who are we to decide if they are unfit to live. Some of the happiest and greatest people have a disorder or deformity. To have an abortion is murder in the first and not needed. There's a thing called ADOPTION. While some fool kills their child they don't want, another would give ANYTHING to have a child. To have an abortion is to play as God.

People who rape never stop, the Xbox wont help at all, they want power over another person in a sexual way

I think people with birth defects at least deserve a chance to live. Just because they'll have it harder and might will be made fun of, doesn't mean they don't deserve to live. His mother shouldn't be the one to decide whether or not he is capable of life. Defects happen and there's nothing to do to change that. If the mother really was a decent human being with a heart she'll love him/her. It may be harder for her to raise him/her but isn't a child worth it? Some people I know it defects are the sweetest things and they are really positive and happy. Besides, some actors/actresses have birth defects and get along fine. Linda Hunt has played in lots of movies/Tv shows (I love her in NCIS: LA). She wouldn't be here happy and living if her mom decided that she was going to be miserable in life. No one can tell the future, there's a chance the child won't be happy and will be very miserable. However, I believe it's for the child to decide.

um I am talking about missing limbs and when a fetus has its legs fused together thus causes missing organs and could kill the mother and I don't consider a fetus a life, and would you consider someone who is brain dead (ie never going to wake up) alive

Yeah. Murder takes away some one's life, personality, and hurts their loved ones. Murder takes away someone's life that they wanted to live, because they're loved.
Abortion... a fetus technically isn't life. It doesn't have a life, a personality, or anyone who loves them. If your mother wanted to abort you and couldn't, then how would you feel for the rest of your life? You probably wouldn't be loved. You would probably grow up in poverty, you would be depressed anyway.

In most cases, yes. If you didn't want your kid before it was born, why would you want it after?

I beleave that it should be legel to a extent, but not totally, a case I heard of is of somebody who wanted her child to be aborted because it was going to be a girl, thats it so a doctoor someone will need to review the case

The fetus is not a life and I will go over a criteria of what constitutes a life, dose it have cells: yes , dose it reperduce: no so that means it is not a life it is just like calling someone who is brain dead alive and if you make abortion illegal then people will do it illegally as we have seen in places where abortion is illegal, and adoption is not always the best option if the child is disabled then the child will never be put up for adoption and most kids in the foster system don't get adopted and abortion helps cut down on human population

Okay, so maybe you should have been aborted? To "cut down" on the population. You see it as nothing. You separate yourself from the truth and see only statistics. It's not a life to you. It's just a number. Abortion is morally wrong and it sickens my stomach that people can be so for it. Have you no compassion to the human life? Would it be fair than to allow murders to take place to lower the human population? How about every car accident that takes place, we all just go and let them die so when reduce the population rate. People see children as mistakes maybe because it makes it easier to comprehend than to actually see the purpose. There is always a reason. Isn't that what most scientists say? So they say that, but then contradict themselves and say it's ok for abortion. That there was no reason for that life to continue. You also brought up the theory in which scientists like to follow to clearly classify something as living. However, that can not fully be followed because it does in fact hold error.
This is the checklist you have to pass in order to be considered a living thing, according to scientists:

R- Respiration
R- Regulation
R- Reproduction
E- Excretion
G- Growth
N- Nutrition
T- Transport
S- Synthesis

So they say you need ALL of these. What about the people that are very much alive and not following all of these? Does that make them nonliving? The vegetable in the hospital. Is he not living because he can't take in any nutrition? Or what about the woman that can't reproduce?

The flaw in this system of thinking is incredible. If it can't be used properly in those cases, then it becomes unqualified to be used elsewhere, including questioning whether abortion is killing a living thing.

They make up excuses to make the aborter feel better that they just ended a LIFE that was beginning inside them. Of course it's easier to do that then see it as living right? But just because you WANT to believe that doesn't mean it's true.

Ok so what about a deformity (legs fused together or downs syndrome?) And a fetus is just like a person in a vegetative state, not alive and what about the health and well being of the mother, you want the mother to die along with the child, what about rape, being pregnant with the child of the man who raped you is a vary traumatic experience it is a constant reminder of what that person did to them then people would probably commit suicide and personality I think anyone who is brain dead should be taken off life support there is no reason for them to be "alive"

My thoughts are with abortions are, ok, say your 16 and did something that you should NOT be doing at that age. Say your parents kick you out and you are stuck being homeless, on the streets, having to drop out of school, and raise your child. No body, in that situation should have to do that. I'm not saying that its right and you should kill your unborn child because say, your 29 and just don't feel like settling down with a family just yet. In that case no, abortion is diffidently not ok. But if it is a young girl and has nowhere to turn? At the same time it would be better if you had the child and gave it up for adoption if you are capable of doing so.

Full abortion rights. Point, blank, period. Though late-term abortions might be warned against. I mean, it's kinda officially a baby. :/
