I read the book in a day. It’s a very sweet book. I think because how everyone I know that’s read it said it was amazing I was expecting too much. I’m not really sure what my problem was. I’ve been thinking about it for the last couple of days and I’m still not sure. I will keep thinking about this
I read this book in a day. It’s a really sweet book but overall I was slightly disappointing. I think that’s because everyone that i know that’s read it said how amazing it is. I’ve been thinking over the last few days and still can’t work out exactly what my problem is with it. I’m hoping that someone else’s feeling may help me work out why my problem is.

Oh no!!! I understand the overhyped thing though. Sometimes if you hear too many great things about something, when you see for yourself it's just not what you expect! I plan on reading this one next :)

I was intrigued by this book because it was about someone with CSID. I am a Pharmacist that works with rare diseases and we used to dispense one of the medications for this. I thought it was clear that Yoon did her research on this and gave a good picture of what it would be like to live with this disease. Now, when the plot twist happened about 70% into the book, that threw me for a loop. I was not expecting that. I loved the way it ended and thought it was sweet. I have hope that these two fictional mom and daughter characters can resolve their issues and have a happy life - LOL. I'm gonna need a follow up to figure out if it happened - Ha!
