Romance novel with hero second brother in series. Hero in love with a heroine family friend who everyone sees as a sister. Hero in first book fell for a tattooed heroine even though his mother wanted him to marry the 2nd book's heroine. It is contemporary and the brothers are very rich. Hero in second book chases away all heroine's boyfriends when he visits her in campus. I remember a pool scene..
