So strange to reread it so soon after reading it last year...and then the three books that followed it!!!(the fourth, with Nessie, is my favorite) I felt like Delaney with her bookish voices i.e. is she going to meet person x in this book or one of the following books.

I certainly blocked out how rather unpleasant the last 30 or so pages were. Ugh!

Lol! I knew there was some pretty sketchy stuff happening in that building, but I didn't really piece it all together until the reveal.
