Yes, it seems clear that the book is set in Canada. Just remember to provide one or both of those references when you post (because I won't remember!).
Empires of Sand says "Northern Africa", in the blurb. However the MPG has a tag of "Northern Africa>Algeria-Would that work?

However the MPG has a tag of "Northern Africa>Algeria-Would that work?"As far as placing the African portion of the book in Algeria, yes, but you'll have to read it to see if at least 50% of it is set in Algeria (as opposed to France and Timbuktu, which are also mentioned).
Would the following quote qualify as the reference to establish Canada as the setting of Home and Heart? "He'd sold everything he didn't need, he'd sold the house, and he'd packed up his SUV and moved across country to Halifax." (Page 1)
The rest of the book takes place in Halifax, at his new home. Thanks for your input!

No, sorry. There's nothing in that quote to establish the place as Halifax, Nova Scotia. Australia, England, and 7 US states also have cities named Halifax.
Is the following enough to document that De Atomium Tapes is set in Belgium. The Atomium monument was built in Brussels for the 1958 world expo see Wikipedia. The entire book is set in Belgium, more than 90% in Brussels itself. The book is only available in dutch, in case quotes are needed.Thank you!
