Nice question, Syl! :) Personally, I think that everyone should do whatever they want to do in terms of love. Some like to wait until their Prince Charming arrives and live happily ever after, others find love by surprise ... For me, it’s difficult to say: I’m not actively looking for a relationship or a perfect partner but I also don’t just sit around waiting for one to appear out of nowhere :D what about the others?

I think women should take the lead and search themselves as far as being open to conversations with a a few guys. I mean who knows what you like better than you! If you wait for the "perfect" guy to find you, you'll end up even more disappointed if he doesn't live up to your expectations. I think girls need to be friendly and not go into anything thinking they found their prince. Be friends, wait for that gut feeling and dont put all your eggs into one basket at first.
