Charles P Scene | 4 comments Is Diogenes still alive?! Diogenes has been one of my all time favorite characters ever since Brimstone, i always hoped he somehow got away and is simply hiding from Aloysius, and now after reading about Alban i was wondering. What if somehow Alban and Diogenes team up. x_x That would be the best duo i can imagine.

Lizz I believe in Diogenes! Would love to see a team up! Just finished White Fire. Let me know what you think..........

Lanie (icevamp) | 14 comments I have been crucified for saying this by other Pender-pals, but I believe he lives. I think there is a missing scene from that volcano. I don't think he perished in the volcano. I was also crucified for saying Helen didn't die after Fever Dream came out. Just saying :)

Lizz Let's face it, even if we were led to believe he died in the volcano, there's creative ways of bringing him back from the dead. Perhaps that's just wishful thinking... PS-Good one, Elizabeth!

Charles P Scene | 4 comments Even if there is no team up (which would be amazing) and they only bring Diogenes back it will still be AWESOME.

Kathryn Burkett | 2 comments I definitely believe Diogenes is alive. Bet we see him in another book soon.

Lizz Maybe if enough of us believe it, it will happen!!!

Jo Schmitt | 3 comments Lanie, I agree with you. I think he is still alive.

Matt | 1 comments I think there is a good chance Diogenes will come back and would love to see him team up with Alban. Poor Smithback though still miss that guy.

Lanie (icevamp) | 14 comments I think the Gents are trying to throw us (loyal readers) off. On a webcast, I heard Linc say something like, "the guy fell into a volcano, you can't survive that" I'm paraphrasing, but I've read that scene over and over again. It's ambiguous. Maybe they don't have any plans to do it now, but I think they left themselves and out, just in case they have an opportunity in the future.
