Still kind of early to name a favourite character. I really like Dee so far....Daemon has been a total jerk for most of the time but my least favourite so far is Ash
I quite like Dee. Katy's alright when she's not constantly going on about Daemon. I'm still not feeling the story, though. The relationship just has no nuance.
I would have to say I like Dee, Katy, and of course Daemon even though he's a butthead. He is kinna acting like a lil boy though, if they pick on you, they like you. LOL! I really hate Ash. OMG! If she's gonna act that way, she needs to get off our planet! HAH!I also had to give Katy a standing ovation for the spagetti scene. Daemon and Ash deserved that one! YEAH! I find some of the comments Daemon makes to Katy amusing. He's so full of himself! lol! Anyway, it's not too bad so far.
After the spaghetti scene I gained respect for Katy, and I even rooted for her to smack Ash in the facebook with the splint LOL Ash is annoying the hell out of me, and Daemon's indecision about being nice or a total douchebag is making me impacient. The book is entertaining so far, but there are too many questions and not enough answers. I want to know!
Daemon is a hard character to decide wether to like or not. On the one hand, he mostly acts like a total douche, but on the other hand I really like him the few times he doesn't act that way. I'm excited to see what lies ahead in the book, I feel like it's time for Katy to put pieces together soon and that should be exciting c:
I'm still not feeling attached to this story, though I really like Dee. Daemon is a total jerk, but my least favorite charahter is Ash. I still have hopes that this book will get better.
Daemon is literally alien Jace. I appreciate that. My favorite character by far is Kat. She's so relatable and sarcastic! Plus, the whole book blogger thing (that probably should have had a larger role).
My least favorite is for sure Ash. No need for explanations.
I am surprised by how much I am loving this book! I'm not usually into aliens, but Doctor Who probably helped with that. Honestly, it's like a way better, less cheesy, more developed alien Beautiful Creatures with, as aforementioned, a hint of Shadowhunter!
I really like Katy and Dee. Daemon is still an ass, but there is hope for him. Ash on the other hand needs to go, she can take Matthew with her.
I don't know about this book. There has been so much rave about it but I am not too into it right now... idk maybe I just don't feel too attached to Kat to feel her pain and longing or whatever. I know everyone has said this but I love Daemons character. I think its the bad boy with a nice guy thing. I just hope the book gets better for me.
Oh my god I loved that last scene in chapter 12!But I really wanted Katy to sit down anyway at the table and not get up. I'm a little stubborn myself
I'm so over the whole "not knowing thing" like how many references to aliens are we gonna get before the cat is officially out of the bag?
The fact that Daemon laughed after the spaghetti scene finally made me start to like him a little and really root for Kat. I love Dee, there's something so genuine and innocent about her. I'm wondering about the teacher (who's name I forgot) I'm wondering if he's being in different because he's a teacher or because he thinks more like Dee.
I hate Ash so much, she deserves what she gets. I'm also not a huge fan of Kat's mom. I get that she has to work a lot, but she doesn't act very much like a mom even when she is around. Who let's their teen daughter wander off into the woods with a teen boy that they've just met, alone?
