This was great! Thanks!
I actually finished my second book for this challenge last night, and it was for this category. I read The Hundredth Queen (by Emily King). It was her first book, although she's subsequently written an additional four books to finish up the series. You can find my review here:

For New Voices, I read The Wicker King by K. Ancrum. It came out in 2017 but it was her first book and I really enjoyed it
I have just finished Everything I Never Told You by Celeste Ng which was her debut novel. It took me a while to get into it and it wasn't really what I was expecting but I did enjoy reading it.
I found it really hard to find a book that was the authors first, then it turns out that the book i'm reading Holding is Graham Norton's first book so job done.

I started the audibook for You on a whim and I'm really enjoying it so far - even though I'm so freaked out about it.
I am going with Furious Hours: Murder, Fraud, and the Last Trial of Harper Lee by Casey Cep. While this book is a true crime story, it is also a portrait of Harper Lee.
I just finished reading Furious Hours: Murder, Fraud, and the Last Trial of Harper Lee by Casey Cep and highly recommend this non-fiction story about Harper Lee and a trial she followed about the murder of a serial killer. It was excellent.
