Jessica Tobin (jesstobin) | 17 comments I tried to stick with books that were either on my bookshelf or in my TBR, so I'm picking Naked in the Woods: My Unexpected Years in a Hippie Commune. I'm fascinated by the hippie era, but don't know much about the communes.

Ilsen | 33 comments I picked Aru Shah and the End of Time because I do not know anything about Hindu mythology.

message 5: by Jenn (new)

Jenn | 13 comments I am reading Walden & Civil Disobedience because I was supposed to do that more than 20 years ago for a class. I actually know a fair amount about Thoreau and the book itself, but have never made it through the primary material, so feel like it counts for this category.

Sarah McMillan | 22 comments I read Assault and Pepper because I like mysteries and I learned a lot about spices. I love the recipes in the back. It has encouraged me to explore new plates.
