There are so many changes in my life after reading this book... Most importantly the 20/20/20 POCKET RULE....
What you people think about it??

It definitely changed mine and my friend's life. We created a discord server, and we track the 5 am morning routine, lol.

I read it as soon as it releases but i set my alarm 5am entire 2019 and still I can't wake up early
For your question. This book didn't changed my life

Yes, it certainly did. I'm not exactly following the 20/20/20 Rule but I wake up early at 5 and then performing some physical exercise routine and after that, I jump on to reading. It certainly did help in this lockdown situation to cope with mental & physical stress.

No, it didn't changed my life

Yes, it changes my mindset a lot. I'm not waking up at 5 am, to be honest, but I have changed other habits like time on the phone and appreciate more life, and that the time is now. How we constantly miss the beauty in every day.

I always wake up around 2 am - 5 am (sometimes depends on the current season we're in) and its honestly one of the best habits I've implemented into my life. The book has helped me with understanding the value of waking up at such a time, one of the values is how peaceful it is. I get work done without any distractions and when I go for a walk roughly around 30 minutes before the sunrises, it is the most healing and peaceful habit. Nobody else is around it feels like the world is yours.

TLDR: Yes it changed my life

Absolutely.
I struggle some days with the 5am start (hubby starts work at 2.15, so my sleep is often broken!). On the days I do, I feel so good about myself. They're far more productive days.
If you're struggling with dragging your behind out of bed, Mel Robbins 5,4,3,2,1 method is awesome. I always find that if I'm really struggling, taking the 'rocket ship' approach works wonders.
Where the 5am Club is concerned, I find it great for self-reflection, journalling, and generally planning my days. Not to mention enjoying watching the sun rise!

No, besides the fact I understood that self-help books are not for me

Waking up at 5am gives you a whole new life. It gives you 7 hours before midday which can bring lots of new opportunities. Going the gym before work. Reading 100 pages before work. Running 10 miles before work. So much more can be done when you wake up early. I started waking up at 4am thanks to this book. Couldn’t reccomend it enough.

This book was life changing for me. I think if you apply the concepts from the book and stick to it you will see positive change. I get up at 4:45 a.m and feel so much lighter, happier and energized after following the routine discussed in the book.

This book is changing me !
I actually became a very changed person after reading this book. I am on the way from utterly depressed pessimist to a optimistic person.

I still did not adapt the exact 5AM routine and giving myself a little freedom to adjust but I definately can see the transformation.

The book has it's Ups and Downs , Cringes and Cliches but leaves no doubt its a practical good read.

As someone who is getting out of bed at 8:35am every day I sadly cannot say that this book changed my life.
