I'm about halfway into Emma - I've just lost my physical copy so I'm listening to it with an audiobook. The only thing is, the narrator's voice is definitely not how I picture the characters' - I've gotta find my actual book, or even buy a new one - I really do love it so far!

It is a pity the audio book is not very nice, but glad you like it so far!
I've had a really bad start at the summer - got really ill about 2 weeks ago and haven't really got well since. But I did manage to read two books *hides face in shame* recently so gonna update my first comment now...

Sorry to hear that, getting sick during the summer is the worst! Well now I'm a bit embarrassed, I've been well yet only finished two books so far, oops 😅
Hope you'll feel better soon

Aww, I hope you feel (fully) better soon!💕

Same I started reading les miserables and since that book is quite hard to read and more than 1300 pages I did not read that many books this summer. So I also lost track of this challenge sadly..

I was as well, but so far it is pretty good, but I am only halfway yet.

So sorry guys!!
But I am super happy with my reading. Especially since I tought that I wouldn't have that much time.
I got a lot done, almost none of the books where on my immediate tbr but who cares! I had so much fun with so many of them. It spaned my whole palette from some sappy romance to YA and Fantasy. It was a great reading summer!

I am so sorry to hear you've been ill! I hope nothing too serious! I had a run-in with a very nasty cold which didn't want to leave me... But in the end, I killed it with lots amount of Vitamin C and two weeks of taking it easy!
