I recently bought The Priory of the Orange Tree because I've read great reviews, but haven't read it yet.

It's currently $1.99 on Kindle and thought I would share it here because it seems like the type of book most of us would enjoy.

Should it go on a poll?

Well, it is a 800 page beast! For me that's usually around a month of reading time, if I have a lot of free time that month.

Have we ever had such a long book as a selection? I think we have put some longer novels before on a poll, but I don't remember one being a selection. I think we once had The Historian which is around 700 pages on a poll for a spooky Halloween but it didn't get selected.
