Uzair | 1172 comments Hi Raihan, that sounds great.I'm sure those that are active can give you some recommedations.

For history i personally like Peter Moss' Oxford history for Pakistan series.Books 2-3 are more interesting than the first in my opinion.

In urdi Literature i would recommend books by Nimra Ahmed.

Don't really read philosophy.
Hope this helps :).

Hi Raihan, so i started reading urdu books i would recommend starting with funny books cause it lets you get the hang of the language. Try Patras ke mazameen and charagh talay. I love Lahore so i read dehli by heart by raza rumi and it talks about lahore and dehli and the history that connects these places.

Zeeshan Ashraf In my opinion, you should start with reading fiction novels like hashim nadeem, umaira and nimra ahmed... to develope your interest and stamina of reading.... Gradually you will move to the higher forms of literature and philosphy.....
