I’ve already read this one, but it is indeed intense! Definitely worth the read though

Thanks for introducing me to this book, Emily! I read it back in January after you hauled it and I'm predicting it will retain the #1 favorite of 2019 spot all year.

Although it's kind of sad to know you've probably already read your favorite book of the year. In January. 😂

I have started our June book and what a beast this one is going to be. The writing sure is beautiful but we will see what the story does to me....I shouldn't have looked at reviews about how much this book is going to hurt!

I'm going in blind and with an audiobook. I wonder if it's safe to read on public transportation. Would really like to not scare the people around me with the whole ugly crying thing.

I bought this right after you hauled it and have been waiting for it to be picked. Started it today and I’m very excited to read!

Half way though and wow is this a difficult read! The characters are so well developed that these difficult scenes are making me nauseous.
