So true Lizzy. Thanks for posting :)
Please tell me what you think of this: Become like Children:
One of the most important qualities that we should add in our Christian walks is to become like children. When we have the purity and innocence of a child, it's that much easier to shut out the worries of this modern world and listen for God's voice and will in our lives. Jesus said: "Let the Little Children come to Me, and do not hinder them, for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to such as these." Matthew 19:14.
Let me ask you an honest question here: Do you know children who worry over what clothes they're going to wear, the foods they're going to eat, and how they're going to make it in school or their daily life?
The truth is, not many children stress over those things as much as us adults do. Before I got Baptized I was pretty guilty of questioning if God would take care of all of my worries and provide his great plans for me. "How can I be sure that my situation will work out God?" I often questioned him. We get so wrapped up in fretting over the small things that Jesus already takes care of. We get nervous over a job interview, planning a family barbecue can cause a lot of us to pull out our hair.
But wait.... don't pull out your hair. Trust God in the same way a child would. Find joy in the little things: Looking for shapes in the clouds, laughter with family, getting excited over puppies or kittens... or better yet, getting excited over God's promises to us. Those promises surpass all earthly understanding and they're way more fulfilling than any material gift.
So follow this example and become like little children, which is pleasing in God's sight.
That is so inspirational. And also, God wants us all to be like little children because they are teachable and they will listen and since they are young and have not had so much trials in the world that they will be more open to God's teachings. That's why God wants us to be like little children because when you're older you won't accept the gospel as easily and you will not be willing to learn. Little children are willing to learn and to be taught. It is indeed the most wonderful thing when you, when we are all like little children.

Thanks Jessica. And I agree. That's also one of the main reasons why God wants us to look to children and be like them.
This is one of my favorite scriptures. It's short but so meaningful and important. "If ye love me; keep my commandments." Moroni 14:15
This is my favorite chapter.Psalms:108.
If you read it you will be remembered by what God has done for us.

Mine is worded differently because it is not translated into "modern language":
15. I am the Lord, your Holy One, the creator of Israel, your King.
16. Thus saith the Lord, which maketh a way in the sea, and a path in the mighty waters;
17. Which bringeth forth the chariot and the horse, the army and the power; they shall lie down together, they shall not rise: they are extinct, they are quenched as tow.
18. Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old.
19. Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.
See the people who translated the Bible differently were trying to, in their way, make sense of what it was saying but most times it was not entirely correct. Yes, your depiction of those scriptures is correct, but this is also talking about the power of God and what he has done for the people who have followed him.

That's mine too. I also like
Helaman 5:12 "And now, my sons, remember, remember that it is upon the rock of our Redeemer, who is Christ, the Son of God, that ye must build your foundation; that when the devil shall send forth his mighty winds, yea, his shafts in the whirlwind, yea, when all his hail and his mighty storm shall beat upon you, it shall have no power over you to drag you down to the gulf of misery and endless wo, because of the rock upon which ye are built, which is a sure foundation, a foundation whereon if men build they cannot fall."
