I don't know about you guys but I'm sometimes a bit apprehensive when about to go to sleep, the subconscious is a weird thing and sometimes my dreams are just plain odd. Have you guys ever had some simply barmy dreams? Do you believe all dreams have a meaning? Have you ever had a recurring dream? Has God ever spoken to you through a dream?

Once I had this dream about a supernatural tornado ripping through the city. The tornado was black and rimmed with red, yellow, and orange. It had the appearance of a firewall. It killed a news reporter at the scene, and swept two of my friends away. When we found the two of them, they were supernaturally charged. One friend has bizzare, unstable telepathic abilities, and the other had the power over electricity, though it was very dangerous, as she couldn't control it. When we brought them into the house, the friend with telepathic abilities started speaking very strange things in our minds, and the other was warping the electricity throughout the house, even though the power was out because of the storm. We finally calmed them down, but their powers were still on the fritz.

I don't remember much after that. It was trippy, but pretty inspiring, too. I mean, wouldn't that make an awesome novel/movie? Teens get hit by what appears to be a supernatural tornado, and now they possess special abilities. Epic, right? xP

That's probably my most memorable dream. I've had other bizzare ones, I've had some freaky ones, some "regular" ones. I, personally, find dreams to be quite inspiring! :)

You should have a go at writing a novel about that, I'd read it!

I have really weird dreams a lot; I've even started writing them down...

Last night I had the weirdest dream! My mum was sleeping on my bedroom floor as if we were having a sleepover then all of a sudden she started screaming. There were these rats called 'Carpet Rats' and they were everywhere. My mum said she was going to get my dad and I said Don't leave me in here I want to come as well. And then all of these rats were like flying squirrels and they were just launching themselves at me. At that point I woke myself up

That's creepy!!

Do any of you guys keep a dream log?

I'm not entirely sure what you mean, but I'm writing down all the weird ones (which are rather frequent!!)

A dream log is basically just a diary that you write your dreams in. Weird dreams make a frequent occurance at nightime for me as well :P
