I would recommend What’shisface by Gordon Korman and Some Kind of Courage by Dan Gemehart.Whit’shosface is about a ghost named Roddy and the main character (I forgot his name). The ghost worked as an apprentice for a print shop. And he wrote a love story about his and the print shop's owner's daughter. He died without finishing the love story and William Shakespeare stole the story and finished it. The love story is Romeo and Juliet. The end is great.
Some Kind of Courage is about Joseph and Ah-Kee a Chinese person... Joseph’s red and white paint Indian pony, Sarah was sold to someone with Joseph k owing. The whole book is about Joseph’s adventure getting the last part of his family back. I really like the end on this one too.
Wish is a really good book. It's a short read, but very heartwarming, about a girl named Charlie who's family life is complicated, and so she makes a wish every day, never missing it. One day because of her family life, she has to go live with her aunt and uncle whom she's never met. She makes a friend and meets an amazing dog who she names Wishbone, and I won't tell any more to avoid spoiling it.
Danger in the Shadows by Dee Henderson! Such a great book!! It's a Christian romantic suspense. I usually don't enjoy suspense because I want to unwind while reading, not get stressed out. However, this book blew me away and this series is the only romantic suspense series that I truly enjoyed.
The Lady and the LionheartThis is my favorite Christian Fiction book for 2020. The love story is beautiful and I love the circus theme of the novel. Love can happen when 2 people don't want it to happen. That is the love story of the novel. Its a must read for all who love a good Christian story!!
Le'Kiss wrote: "The Pilgrim's Progress is great. Have you tried The Delusion by Laura Gallier? It's like a modern day Pilgrim's Progress. :)" I actually have not yet~ Although it does sound interesting-
