Hi Diane, Is this why the monthly group reads have become less frequent and not posted in advance? I'd describe myself as a 'lurker' or 'anonymous' participant - I choose a book from the selection each month and read it (not always on time). Knowing in advance what the selections were made it possible to purchase/order the books. However, like everyone else I'm sure life got in the way - work, kids etc. I just wanted to say that even though I wasn't posting regularly I was following monthly and was really appreciative of your work in facilitating (even though I used it as a personal challenge rather than participating actively in the group), so thank you. What are the plans for the group reads moving forward?
Hi Diane, I hope you are doing well. Can totally understand if this book club isn't a top priority (life gets in the way for all of us). Just wanted to say, I really appreciated all you have done for this group. So many books I wouldn't have read if it weren't for this book club. Thank you so much for that!

If leading book discussion is someth..."Me too! I often look at what books are on tap, pick one or two but often don't get them finished on time. This group has been an immensely wonderful input into worldly reading! Diane, can some of us help with facilitating the polls and group discussions?
Wish I could help with some of the group discussions, but I like everyone else has a lot on my plate. The country reference lists are my most go to reference. Like others I am trying to expand my reading world wide. I have a map in my office that I am able to “scratch off” the county as I read their literature. I did enjoy the monthly book selections and tried to read at least one a month if I had the book. Do know your work has been very appreciated!
