just saw the trailer, and have to say that I am hooked. a definite to read for me.
though i am curious about the ebook/paperback format :)

Michael, thank you for your feedback. I'm absolutely hopeful other people will respond the same way as you. You can pre-order the eBook version now, and it will be available in paperback once release day hits, September 22nd (since Amazon will not allow pre-orders on paperback).

yes it does thank you! since i use laptop only, ebooks tend to hurt my eyes so i always go for the paperback. so the 22nd is circled on my calendar. thank you :)
