What's the latest possession or spirit possession you have read?

The String Diaries by Stephen L. Jones is not a traditional possession book, but a human (Hungarian!) who can alter his body to look and sound like anyone else. And he's been doing this for decades. Would you consider a shapeshifter to be a possession story?
I recently read The Merciless by Danielle Vega. It was a fairly decent possession story for teens. It is the first book in a new series and I would be willing to read the next one when it comes out.
I am currently listening to Revenge of the Witch by Joseph Delaney. Only part of it is possession, but it's great for teens.

I really like the explanation of how the mechanics of possession work that Douglas Adams gives in Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency.
Do you feel that possession stories are lagging behind the zombie stories? The movies seem to have a lot of possession themes, but the written word is sparse. Anyone read any good ones lately?
I've also been reading Nancy Holder's Possessions teen series. Also majorly creepy. I loved the audio as well Stephanie for Revenge of the Witch series. Great narrator. I didn't like the new "A New Darkness" as much, however. I think the dynamic with Mr. Gregory was more there than the one Tom has with Jenny. For me, even possessions books, have to have a character dynamic that pulls me into believing the story line.
