1. Tell us about yourself.
Myself, Priti Sandeep Gaglani, am a Clinical Dietitian (INDIA) and a Certified Sports Dietitian, SDA (Australia). I hail from Mumbai and run a private practise named “Priti Gaglani’s Health Reservoir” since 2007. I offer diets ranging from Acidity to Cancer, Kids to Senior Citizens, Homemakers to Corporates and Yoga to Iron Man.
Besides all these I am an author of Book ‘Mindful Eating’.

2. If not being an author, what was your dream in life?
I am a dietitian which gave birth to an author of a diet and fitness related book. Since
‘food’ is my passion, if I was not an author I would have been running a food chain which serves Healthy and Innovative food to the mass.

3. Who do you attribute your success to?
No success is possible without the efforts, blessings and support of family and similarly I am blessed with the same. In a nut shell, out of full gratitude to my family, friends, office team, clients and well-wishers, I would attribute my success to the two heroes of my life- My Husband Sandeep Gaglani and My Son Dev Gaglani for constantly offering their patient ears and comforting me in my journey till date.

4. Any message you would like to give to your readers?
Witness your body and reprogram your brain.
Be more aware of what you are eating and why you are eating.
Cook the food in a correct way and eat the food for the ‘ME’ present in yourself.

5. Who or what inspired you to write the book?
In my journey of more than a decade, I witnessed that many clients committed mistakes unknowingly by following the recipes on social media which are labelled as diet foods but not always are they the same. To give all of them a complete information in one go… I got into the making of the whole book ‘Mindful Eating’.
In a nut shell, love and passion for my subject inspired me to see the mistakes done by
people unknowingly and felt the immediate need and desire to serve them all the apt information in one book for easy reference.
