What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I read this book in the early 90's. I think it has the word Lucky in the title and a character named Luciana. She's the mob bosses daughter. It goes through the progression of her life growing up as his daughter. I believe they own hotels possible in Vegas. She basically becomes a boss and works her way up in the organization. It was really interesting and I'd like to read it again as an adult. Whenever I try to google I only get books on Lucky Luciono which is not the same.
