a) This book has been newly translated (Translation may be impossible which is why translators are Angels) :: Adam Buenosayres: A Critical Edition.
b) It has 102 gr=ratings and 3 Reviews, one in English :: "An obscure, forgotten classic... " --maybe not so forgotten in Argentina?
c) BIG Thumbs up from Mr Steven Moore :: ...[rec'd for fans] of gringos like Coover, Gaddis, Pynchon, and Theroux."
d) I'm thinking it belongs to a certain (tbd) angelic choir of southern voices :: I know I'd put Cortázar and GMM and Borges in there -- I mean those fictionists who make realism look like a provincial Anglo=thing.
e) I'm a little giddy lately about the unEARTHing work being performed by these angelic translators.
f) Where's my Bottom's Dream?
