Emmie was busy coloring in her coloring book on the floor of the TARDIS control room, humming along to the radio next to her

"Coloring book?" The Doctor asked, leaning over Emmie

"It's easier than drawing something and coloring it in. Besides, I can choose the colors that go in the lines." she replied, waving a blue marker at him.

The Doctor sat down next to Emmie. She was one of his youngest companions. "How are you holding up?" He asked in a kind voice.

Emmie looked up at him with her intelligent brown eyes. "I'm better than ever. Why?" she asked.

"Just wanted to make sure you were okay," he smiled and gave her a pat on the back. He then stood up. "So Emmie, anywhere in particular you'd like to visit, have a look around?" he asked as he put his hands into pockets.

"Hmmm... I have absolutely no idea. You choose!" she said, turning off the radio, putting it and her drawing things in a corner, and getting up off of the floor.

"Alright, how about... Amusement park..." he paused, then smiled. "On Mars?" he said.

Emmie's face lit up. "Awesome! Let's go!" she said.

The Doctor smiled. He missed travelling with kids. He typed in the controls. The TARDIS shook a bit then stopped. He gestured to the doors with another smile.

Emmie started to run towards the doors but stopped and turned around. "Wait... Do we need to wear space suits for this?" she asked the Doctor.

"Nope, perfectly safe." He walked to the door and slowly opened it was a smile.

"Woah." Emmie gasped as she took in all of the park's grounds.

"Pretty cool, isn't it?" he asked.

"Let's go!" she said, hopping out of the TARDIS onto the dusty red soil with a little cloud of dust.

"Alright, alright," he laughed.

"I wanna go on that rainbow one first!" she said, grabbing the Doctor's hand and pulling him towards it.

"Okay," he smiled as they walked to the front. "Two," he told the worker, who was a robot-type thing. They boarded the coaster together.

Emmie and the Doctor got into the car, a sparkly thing that looked like a cloud, and put on the seatbelts. Emmie held onto the handle as they went up the hill leading to a steep drop.

"Ah it'll be fine," he have her a quick one-armed hug.

"Okay-WHEEEEEEEEE!!" she yelled with happiness as they went down, her short, dirty blonde hair blowing in the wind.

((wake up))

The Doctor smiled but didn't say anything.

The day went on and they went to almost everything in the park, even the little prize winning booths. As the sun went down, they headed back to the TARDIS, Emmie carrying a few stuffed animals she had won.

"Well that was a fun day, wasn't it?" The Doctor asked

"I loved it! Isn't that right, Pikachu?" Emmie asked the bright yellow stuffed Pokèmon, making it nod its head.

The Doctor laughed and messed up Emmie's hair. Suddenly, there was a crash behind them.

"Whawazat?" she said, startled, shoving her prizes into the TARDIS, which they had finally reached.

"I don't know," the Doctor said and looked around. "I'd better go check it out... Stay here," he said

"I'm happy with that!" Emmie called after him. I hope you heard that, TARDIS. she thought to the time machine as she walked in.

Suddenly the TARDIS doors slammed shut with Emmie on the inside. "Emmie!"

"Doctor! What's happening?" she yelled.

((No idea XD I'll figure it out as we go along, that's what I always do))

"I don't know, but I promise I won't let anything happen to you!" he shouted through the doors

"Go see what that crash was! I'm fine! I'll call you if something happens!" Emmie said.

"Alright, just be careful," he said and ran off

She sat down on the floor and hugged her Pikachu, a tear rolling down her cheek. "I'm scared, Pikachu. What do I do?" she whispered into it.

The Doctor was walking through the now empty theme park when he heard another crash. It sounded closer to the TARDIS. He ran back to Emmie

She jumped when she heard the second crash, closer now. Emmie wiped the tear off her face and jumped up.

The Doctor reached the area the TARDIS was in, but he saw something he didn't want to. "The Doctor will be EXTERMINATED," he heard.

Emmie heard it too. Her heart pounded as she softly ran to the TARDIS weapon room and grabbed a compact laser gun and ran back.

((OH DEAR GOD SAVE US IT'S THE DALEKS))

"Get away from the TARDIS, I'm the one you want!" He shouted at the 4 daleks surrounding the TARDIS.

Emmie heard the evil salt shakers turn around towards the Doctor. She cracked open the door to see, her gun at the ready.

The Doctor saw the door crack open. "No don't open the door!" He yelled

She slowly closed it again. Emmie found a stool and stood on it to look through the window. Tears were falling on her face as she watched.

"Daleks, get away from my TARDIS, it's me you want," he said

Emmie got her gun ready to shoot the Daleks if needed. Her tears were falling more freely now.
