Personality: Nemmy is pretty outgoing and friendly. He's a courteous guy who's always looking out for his friends. However, if you bother him or threaten him or his friends, then he won't be happy with you at all.

(Those details are fine, I'll do my character tomorrow however I don't know if I have any pictures for him so I'll try to describe in words. :) )

Name: Most people call him Gadget since no-one knows his actual name.
Age: 30
Appearance: He usually seems to wear a suit around him that is similar to Iron man's suit but has way more functions and looks silver with light blue glow coming out of some spots. He doesn't usually show his face to most people unless if he trusts them so he usually wears the suit everywhere just to be safe and help others almost immediately.
Gender: Male
Personality: He tries his best to do what's best for the world and its future. If one of his plans is a bit unorthodox then he just doesn't let anyone know until it's already done however he will never kill anyone unless it is for the betterment of the world.

(Ok, good. :) And we're going with the coin plan right? :) Also, the suit has a ton of different functions like for example being able to look like actual clothes and the suit also reveals his face when doing that but it isn't his actual face but a version of one that he wouldn't mind people seeing, it would also have access to invisibility and many other things too since he's from a future world. :) )

((Yup! And that sounds really cool! And can you tell me where Nemo would end up when he got teleported?))

Gadget was in his workshop working on a device that would take something back to his time since he needed to grab someone from a previous time period that would help him solve a problem in his current time period. However, that someone would stay with him for a short while because if they don't then the past would be even more damaged with the modifications that he would have to do to the person. He already had them ready of course but not the time teleportation device yet. However, he felt kinda bad that he had to ruin someone's life to save millions of others, but it was a necessary sacrifice.

Nehemiah, better known as Nemo, was currently at school. He liked doing P.E., as it gave him the chance to feel stronger and build up his endurance. It was nearly over, and he would be heading home to school in a little while.
Nemo kicked the soccer ball back towards his team member, who shouted, "Great kick!"
There was no time to congratulate, though, as the blue team raced in to try and intercept the red team, the team Nemo was on. The ball came flying back towards him, and he kicked it, causing it to soar over most of the players' heads and close to the goal on the other side. The red team finished off the game with a quick dodge and kick, as the blue team's goalie slid to try and block the ball.
Everyone started cheering. The reds had won!

Gadget continued to make sure the device was perfect because he only had one shot at this since he wouldn't be able to make another without asking for someone's help. He thought about it and stopped his work for now but after a short while he shook his head and continued his work as if he really shouldn't talk with him. The suit that he always had on beeped to tell him that it found the perfect time period to find someone for what he needed to do. He nodded but continued to work as if he'll check that later.

Nemo celebrated with his friends after. Even winning a school game excited the teens, and they all highfived each other, cheering.
"You saved us!" Nemo exclaimed, high giving a girl. She grinned back. "Hey. It was teamwork. If you hadn't given us that high kick we probably would have been doomed."

Later on, Nemo changed out of his sports clothes and grabbed all his school things. He headed out for home, walking down the street. It usually took him twenty minutes to walk home, but he didn't care. It was a beautiful day, and the slight breeze ruffled his hair.

Gadget applied the finishing touches to the device and nodded as he inspected it. After a short while, he looked at what time period it chose, and he seemed to tilt his head at first as if he didn't understand it but shook his head and set the device to the time period. He activated the invisibility on his suit then checked to make sure everything else was working then finally activated the time device which took him back in time to the time period in which he would find someone to help with his crisis.

Nemo swung his arms as he walked, backpack full of sweaty clothes on his back. Today was a great day. He would end up going home to relax, maybe read or play some sort of game online with his friends.
On the way, he paused at a gas station and headed into the store. He bought a few drinks and put them in his backpack, then continued back out into the sun.

He appeared into the time it chose and thankfully no one saw the distortion of time but Gadget managed to lower the noise by slowly stepping into the time period. Then, after he was out it disappeared into nothing. He seemed to end up behind some kind of gas station which people don't use in the future anymore since other energy sources were discovered. He shook his head at the gas station and stepped out to the side of the station looking around while his suit kept him invisible. The suit was calculating who would be the best person to help Gadget.

Nemo was a young, fit kid. He loved sports and having fun with his friends.
Nemo didn't see Gadget, of course, since the man was currently invisible. He had no clue that he might be watched by that man, either. Oblivious, he continued down the road and past the gas station, and carefully crossed the street to the other side. He made sure to look for cars, and darted across to the other side.

The suit chose Nemo as the closest and best possible person for it then Gadget watched him walk away as thanks to his suit he managed to engage hover tech and float in the air easily catching up to him but stayed in the air as he thought about how to bring him back to his time. After a short while of thinking he came up with something and watched Nemo's path then flew in front of where he thought he would go and landed out of sight as his suit then transformed his outward appearance to look similar to a business man and got out his device that he worked on earlier making it look like a current coin however he did not go visible yet.

Nemo kept walking, obviously not noticing the man. He turned the corner and headed down. His house was only a few down, so he would get there quickly.

Gadget turned himself visible and walked out onto the sidewalk looking like he was a businessman and held the device in his hand for now. He walked past Nemo but visibly dropped a coin so he would notice but it seemed like it was on accident. However, if Nemo picked it up then he would be teleported to a dark room and knocked out shortly afterwards.

(Do you have any ideas for powers that Nemo should get, because I have some already. :) )

Nemo, being the kind of kid he was, immediately saw the man drop the coin. He knew it was only a coin, and this man probably had plenty of money to spare, but he decided to do the gentlemanly thing. He hurried over to the coin, bending over.
"Sir, you dropped something, some coin-" he said, picking it up. Almost immediately he started feeling sick and like he was fading away. It felt like the world was swirling in his vision, and when he blinked a few more times, Nemo saw with horror that he was no longer in the place he originally had been in. It was dark, too dark for him to know where exactly he had just seemingly been teleported to. Nemo was feeling very nauseous and dropped the coin, falling to his knees with a grunt. A few minutes later, Nemo's mind went black and he slumped to the side, unconcious.

((Nope! You can go ahead with what you like best! And how is the narration I just did for the coin and how he passed out? Is that good?))

(Ok, well I have a few different ideas depending on what problem is going on in the future. XD Yep, I'll just wait to respond until we decide on his powers and the current issue in the future. :) )

((Wanna tell me the ideas then?))

(Well, one of them would do with Undertale if you know that game, it would basically be that Gadget does something to Nemo that reveals the Soul of Determination within him. Then that would allow him to come back from death as long as he wants to. However, most of the main cast from Undertale is under the control of a corrupt being and Gadget wants to free them with the help of Nemo. :) Nemo could have more powers then just the Soul as well and I could think of more ideas if you don't like this one. :) )

((Well, it's okay, but I'm not super comfortable with the idea of him coming back to life whenever he wants to.
What about the idea that yes, most of his world is under control of some evil ruler and Gadget somehow makes Nemo have a power to help him stop the evil ruler? So the same kind of idea, just a little different. ))

(Ok, then how about a power where Gadget puts in a device in Nemo that allows him to copy the abilities or develop counters to abilities that he sees or something similar but I still have to figure out how it would work exactly. XD That would be fine with me, where Gadget and maybe a few others are fighting against the ruler and that the ruler is used to Gadget's abilities so he is going to try something different with Nemo that the ruler doesn't know about. )

Also if you've ever read the Lunar Chronicles, sometimes if someone would get really hurt or sick, they would put someone in a suspension pod and hook them up to wires and stuff and then they would slowly get better. Just an idea, haha. Then that way if something happens to Nemo, Gadget can put him into one of those things if he has something like that.))

(Ok, I haven't but that sounds like a good idea, perhaps if an enemy is too hard then Nemo would just be knocked out then awoken in one of those back at Gadget's base. We could also use Nanobots for the same purpose but I like the pod idea a bit better. XD However, I haven't read the book so I don't know exactly what you are talking about. )

((No problem. It doesn't have to be like that exactly, but I may end up putting Nemo into danger in the future, at least. XD Just to let you know.
So do you think we have most of this stuff figured out to continue with our roleplay?))

(Ok, well I was thinking that maybe with a dangerous enemy if Nemo doesn't do well enough in the battle then he would be brought back but afterwards his ability would kick in and he would us the enemy's weakness in the second fight or something like that, also would giving Nemo a suit similar to Gadget's something that you want him to have access to as well? It could possibly help him with training with his abilities. :) I'm a bit busy nowadays but if you want to continue I can try to post sometime soon. :) )

As Gadget saw Nemo teleport back to his time he pressed a button on his suit and disappeared as well. He reappeared in the dark room where Nemo was but he seemed to already be knocked out and he said "Hmm, it seems like the teleportation to the future was a bit rough on him," Gadget picked up the coin and turned it off so it looked like the device then put it aside as he picked up Nemo and carried him over to what looked to be a bed and he gently set him down and continued "Get some rest, otherwise your body might not like what I'm going to do." He left the room that he left Nemo in and closed the door which seemed high tech. He still kept his suit on as he prepared the modifications and another suit as it would help Nemo adjust to his powers after the modifications.

Nemo groaned a little after the man left. When he opened his eyes, he felt a little sick and very disoriented. He rolled onto his side and looked around at the dark room, the door only slightly illuminated by a few tiny lights around the rim.
"What on earth...?" He mumbled, rubbing his eyes. He hated how he couldn't see anything at all, at least nearly nothing at all.
Nemo remembered what had happened, with him being teleported somewhere, and that thought made him freeze. He had no clue where he was. It was going to be best that he tried to rest and lie back down on the bed. Nemo squeezed his eyes shut again and told himself to stay calm.

Gadget heard movement from the room but did nothing and hoped that the person knew to sleep since that experience had to have tired them out. He shook his head but reassured himself mentally that this was the best decision especially since now, he can't go back to his time, even if he wants to because the time teleportation was detected but luckily the location wasn't found however if he goes back to his time then they'll find where Gadget's base is and that would crush the resistance against the tyrant in Gadget's time period. He kept working on what he was working on, and he still had the suit on making him look like the businessman from earlier since he forgot to change that.

Eventually Nemo drifted off into sleep, dreaming of strange things like coins kidnapping him by using tiny men. It didn't make sense of course, but that was his dream.
He slept for awhile.

(Which one would you prefer to happen? But instead of the suit first it might be the modifications first then the suit. :) )

(Sure, and he could just be checking up on him while making the room nicer but Nemo wakes up, does that sound fine?)

After a short while, Gadget decided to check up on Nemo and make his room a bit nicer. He still didn't realize he looked like the businessman that Nemo encountered earlier as he made the room look a bit nicer by cleaning up the floor and putting some clean clothes along with checking on Nemo occasionally to make sure his vitals were fine. He left the lights off as to not wake up Nemo with bright lights but did make some noises as he was moving some stuff around and putting clothes away for Nemo.

Nemo heard the noises and groaned a little, blinking his eyes open. When he opened his eyes, he saw that the room was still dark, but someone was moving around inside causing all the noises. "Who's there?" He mumbled, rubbing his eyes and slowly sitting up. He pulled his legs up onto his bed and tucked them half under himself.

Gadget turned on the lights a bit after Nemo woke up and asked who was there, however did not turn them up fully as to blind him just enough so he could see. He said "Sorry for not saying hello before bringing you here, but my name is Gadget, and I need your help, Nemo." He turned around to face him but still forgot he looked like a businessman.
