What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I read this book in junior high, so in the 2009-2012 range. I believe the book was a bit older.

I remember a girl from a village going to work in a manor or castle of some sort. It was not a modern setting. There is a lake or pond with swans. There is another girl who is wealthy and I remember her disliking the servant and trying to frame her possibly.
