So this book was great but not as great as I expected. But it was great! lolol. Anyways I just wanted to know what happened to Andrew, I honestly forget what happened to him like nothing in my mind is ringing a bell. This series ended really well and everything came to a nice conclusion. This is a series that I will never forget.

Yeah remember when Blake had Katy cornered in the house. I think he was going to make her turn herself in. Dee came to pick Katy up for a party or something and Blake made Katy tell them to go away. But they knew something was wrong so Dee and Andrew busted through the upstairs window (I think) and tried to rescue Katy. Blake knocked both of them out; Dee survived and Andrew didn't.
it does suck. but I guess at least none of them were left to mourn. idk. thats the only good I can see in it.
Did you read the little extra on JLA's website? Katy and Daemon are naming their son Andrew. Very sweet.

They name the child Adam not Andrew And yeah it wasn't the best conclusion but the series overall was really good

I keep getting them confused. So is Adam or Andrew the one Dee was dating that died protecting Katy. And then how did the other one die? Had to find the Katy and Daemon extra story again so here it is for anyone that hasn't read it. http://www.jenniferarmentrout.com/a-s...
Dee was dating Adam, the nice one. And Adam died saving Katy from Blake when Dee and Adam came to get her to go to a holiday party. Andrew was the mean one and he died in Vegas when Daemon and the rest were trying to create a divergence for them to get out of there and away from Daedalus. And when Ash was trying to reach her brother- Andrew- she died protecting Beth.
My biggest problem with the last book stemmed from Katy's relationship with her mother. I felt like it was too complicated to have her come face to face with her mother again, (like how in the Hell is she going to explain this away), so instead they just killed her. It felt so unsatisfying to me in a way. I guess I was really looking forward to that reunion. Anyone else disappointed in this piece of the puzzle?
I guess you could say it made the book more realistic. I mean killing off her mom was kind of smart and surprising and in some ways you could kind of suspect it because it was bound to happen after everything they have gone through and leaving her alone with no protection kind of fitted the puzzle real well
i feel like there was really no other direction to go in - especially since you had to assume that Katy and Daemon would live happily ever after. there's no way to fit in the mom in a good way and still have them safe and secure. I think that we got the closure in general that was needed in this final installment, i just think that maybe there were things that could have been done just a bit differently.
Oh, I totally agree that it was realistic. I just felt bad that Katy didn't get to talk to her one more time. I don't know how it could have been worked in, but it was just a reunion I had kinda hoped her. But yes, it would have been hard to balance the mom relationship and her future with Daemon. Still loved the ending though! :)
