Ok Millers book sucked.. Second up on the offering table is and I quote a "American urban fantasy novelist." American Urban Fantasy is in no way Science Fiction nor does it make for great conversations from any ones point of view.

Wow Disney 1 fans 0 and counting....... If nothing else Tarkin comes out in November and the Author has proven his ability to write in this Franchise...Millers we can chalk up to another crappy star wars novel to toss into the who cares pile...Knight Errant Etc!

Disney needs to allow people to create within, I don't see how someone writing stories 1,000 years before the events of episodes 1 or thousands of years after effect their current productions. communicate with authors if there crossing into something you plan to do in film or tv then have them make the changes, however by handicapping authors forcing them to use characters they don't really have a feel for and at best have seen in 2-3 minute clips isn't going to help them come up with stories fitting to there personalities as Disney see`s fit to make them on tv....My opinion let well enough alone keep people out of the skywalker era but allow them to go behind or ahead of instead of forcing them to write in the rebels time frame!
