Kristina | 23 comments I bought this one but then noticed that the "flexible" in the subtitle meant giving tips on how to make the began recipes not vegan. I was disgusted! In the end, the "flex tips" got covered with stickers.

I made the Breakfast Burritos to freeze, and they have been enjoyable to have on busy nights. I really like the Imam Bayildi- Turkish Stuffed Eggplants. I added lentils and Herbs de Provence. I also used just three eggplants. It freezes well. I made a few batches of a glutenfree version of the Lentil Waffles- very good.
