Wolf Rain just came in for me at the library - so i'll probably dig into that next as my romance listen - i'm going to have like 3 audiobooks going at once
I've decided to do a re-listen of Sylvia Day's Crossfire series until something else shiny catches my attention.
I’m listening to a new release by Natasha Anders
Nothing But This.** Available with Kindle Unlimited

I just finished the ARC for this. Hope you enjoy the audio.

I have Audible Escape right now, but this title doesn't show up as an AE title when I look.
Angie wrote: "I have Audible Escape right now, but this title doesn't show up as an AE title when I look. “Sorry Angie, it’s not available with Audible Escape, I got it through Kindle Unlimited. The ebook & audio are available with subscription. I fixed my original post, sorry for the confusion.

Thanks for letting me know.

"This is one of my favorites of her FBI series. I have listened to it probably 6 or 8 times now. It is always good for a laugh and has some nice character development. Enjoy!
Busy doing house things that cause me to miss a word here and there so time for re-listens.Listened to over a dozen J.S. Scott books with billionaires before I made myself stop. I've come to consider these caramel corn books. Sweet, a little salty, and can't stop at one. Each can be read as stand alone but has secondary characters that are main characters in other books. I'm considering doing a chart showing the family and friend connections.
Now listening to the Real Men Shift series by Celia Kyle and Marina Maddix. I started it in March but was so frustrated with parts of the universe that made no sense to me I quit in spite of excellent narration by Kendall Taylor. I decide to start over and see if my attitude changed. I'm liking the characters better since I know more about them. These are okay as a listen while I work thing but I still think if these were print I'd abandon them.
I finished Nothing But This
and was very disappointed. The narration for the male characters was terrible, I should have switched to the eBook. I'm now listening to Any Day Now
by Robyn Carr. Back to one of my favorite narrators, Therese Plummer.
Just finished
The Accidental Highland Heroby Terry Spears. The narration was not very good but the story was delightful and entertaining.
Debby "Piene Raven" wrote: "Just finished

L J wrote: "Debby "Piene Raven" wrote: "Just finished

I finished
Jed Had to Die by Tara Sivec over the weekend. The narration was good, but I didn't enjoy the story. The humor was too slapstick, I couldn't wait for it to end. I'm now listening to
Love at Last by Claudia Connor. I'm about halfway through and enjoying it. ** Both are available with Audible Escape
I just finished an ARC by Soraya Lane which was a first time author for me. Her novel was
Once Upon a Cowboy Christmas and I really enjoyed this story although there were some mixed parts.I also just finished and Audible Escape of
Lord Ruin by Carolyn Jewel another first time author for me. It was a comfy story and nicely written.
Was asked to track hours read for local library summer reading event and that distracted me from posting in discussions.
Alien Commander's Chosen by Celia Kyle. I read the kindle edition over 3 years ago. Justine O. Keef narration enhanced it.Listen and re-listen: Nalini Singh's
Wolf Rain narrated by Angela Dawe. There's a lot of story arc in the book.

"Absolutely love this series. I hope you enjoy it :)
Off the Leash written and narrated by M.L. Buchman. First time to try Buchman. Narration is pretty good. Interesting plot and characters but this series is spinoff or sequel to earlier series and I feel like I am missing a lot of background on important secondary characters.ETA: Describing elsewhere I realized I enjoyed the characters as individuals but didn't get much feeling for the relationships be they romantic, friendship, or human and canine partner. It bothered me that presence of dog Thor seems to be forgotten in some scenes. Internal monologues contribute to understanding individuals but don't always lead to feeling connections to others.

Book 1 was okay but I want to listen to the rest of the series.
Finished my listen of
Lord Ruin by Carolyn Jewel which I thought was delightful and,
The Luckiest Lady in London by Sherry Thomas that was totally enjoyable.
I finished Blue Skies
by Robyn Carr. A little dated, but overall enjoyable with excellent narration. I'm now listening to
The First Girl Child by Amy Harmon.** Audiobook is available with Kindle Unlimited.

Me too, I loved all the airline information. Robyn Carr definitely did her homework with this story, it was well done and believable.
I finished listening to Unforgettable You by Brenda Novak, Silver Springs #5, and enjoyed this troubling story. Here’s my review.
Black Dagger Legacy #4
Blood Truth by J.R. Ward is as much mystery and story arc development as it is romance but that is typical of the Legacy books. It reminded how interesting I find these characters so I started re-reading Black Dagger Legacy #1
Blood Kiss. Now that I know more about Boone I want to go back and read the earlier books with my new knowledge in mind.
I didn't realize it had been over 2 years since I read Black Dagger Legacy #1
Blood Kiss.I remembered the main characters and details of the murder mystery. I didn't remember Boone was the gymnast when it came to the physical and was the one who asked good questions when it came to classroom work. I'd forgotten the details of humorous events and conversations so it was easy for them to make me laugh again.
I finished
The First Girl Child and loved it. The narration was great. Now listening to
California Girls by Susan Mallery.
I finished California Girls
, which unfortunately was a dud for me.Now listening to
Under Currents by Nora Roberts.

"Let me know how it is. It’s on my list.
I kept coming back to this audiobook because it intrigued me. But I couldn’t find a way through my many avenues to get it free. So I used my monthly audible credit on it. Lesson learned. Books in my life imitate the men, I can’t seem to leave the bad ones alone 😑Moving on...
It is the last book in the trilogy and after the way book 2 ended, I had to know how it ends. So far ok. Sorry the book didnt go well, Stacey. Like a waste of a credit.

I looked at that because I liked her being a mechanic but the romantic tropes are not my favorites so I hesitated. It's only the third or fourth book I've seen with a female mechanic even though I've known female mechanics going back to the 1960's or '70's.
