Classics Clique discussion

Hello!!
So this month's is going to be Pride and Prejudice!
This is a very well loved classic I've always wanted to read so I am super excited!
Have you read it before?

So fun! I just finished reading it. I had started it once before but somehow never finished it. I really enjoyed it.

One of the ideas that weighed heavily on my mind as I read the book was the fact that we were looking at the lives of the nobility in England. I often wondered how the issues in the book varied from other classes in England, like in Lydia's case, for example. Her situation was considered absolutely disgraceful and yet I wondered how it would be seen in people of other classes. Would their reputations be negatively affected by the same situation? The things I have learned about history suggest otherwise.

I'm a little late but.... it definitely is one of my favorite Jane Austen books (even tho I only read two)
I'm total Mr.Darcy trash.
