Not gonna lie, got a little sci-fi, futuristic.. but then the end of this book is wait what.... and can’t wait to see what more is happening, and how he’s gonna end it.
This is getting so complicated, but in a good sense. It seems that all Of Helena’s fears are coming to pass. This seems to be the curse of any technology - something created for good will always be taken by someone and used in a negative fashion. I wonder what her plan is and how she’s going to carry it out now that she is back in 1986.I’m glad I have a day off today, because I’m not putting this book down now!
...now this book is like a rollercoaster... first you almost want to believe that the technology can be used decently after all - for now st least as nobody knows what the next person in charge might do - and then with the leak we're rapidly spiraling towards mayhem and the extinction of humankind again... and all of a sudden we're back in 1986. I really hope Helena has a plan that consists of more than just living a quiet life with her loved ones and not inventing the chair for as she said herself the technology can be created from false memories, too. It may be years to go to the point of realization of dead timelines in other people's conscience but it's just a matter of time all the same... Too bad I have to leave for work now because I really don't want to put this book down right now.
