To help bring this group to its fullest potential and let creativity shine through
How many groups do I MOD in
13
Will I answer other members questions to the best of my ability
Of course!
Will I be kind to other members
Sure will, cross my heart and hope to die
Handling a scenario
Message this certain member and give them a warning, saying that their spams/posts will be deleted if they do not "get their act together" (not the exact wording I would use, but bear with me). If their behavior continues, there would be a strike two, where another message would be sent to this members, saying that this is their last chance, and if they do not follow the rules/respect the other members, they will be permanently deleted from the group. After all, three strikes and you're out... And, is two warnings not enough when other people's happiness and well-being are at stake?
Why do you want to be a Moderator?- I like this group and feel that it has a lot of potential and want to help keep it safe and clean for all members. We can't have some mundanepansycakemortal screwing up this awesome group
How many groups do you Mod in?- a lot. Were they all successful for a long time? No, but I feel that I was a decent mod. People were just dumb and stopped posting. That's their problem.
Will you answer other members questions to the best of your ability?- duh!!!! It's always fun to help people settle into fandoms. God it's awesome to help people who know nothing about a fandom!!!
Will you be kind to other members?- as long as their not a mundanepansycakemortal then of course!!!!
Tell what you will do in this scenario:
A member is causing a lot of trouble in the topic, spamming practically all of the topic, interrupting other roleplays, and has mature content in the roleplay that they have. What do you do?-
Give them at least two warnings. If this stupid behavior continues, they will get kicked out/ put on probation. It depends on how mature the content and how bad they spammed. If was 1 or 2 stupid posts on every thread- probation for a week or two. If it is constant and annoying as heck, then they get kicked out

Why do you want to be a Moderator? Because I'm an expert in Supernatural, one of the largest fandoms-which I have noticed is missing in this "1x1 fandoms only" group. Not that I disagree with your ways, I just think I could do a lot to make it better
How many groups do you Mod in?: Urgh, must I...hmm...10, I just counted
Will you answer other members questions to the best of your ability?: Absolutely.
Will you be kind to other members?: Without doubt. Although, my humors a bit off kilter, I don't think I've offended anyone...

I have BEEN IN THIS SCENARIO!!
First Offense: Tell them what they are doing. I would kindly refer them to the rules, and explain why they are in place.
Second Offense: I would warn, once more, to check back with the rules, and probably make sure other moderators are aware of the situation. At this point, I would make clear the prices of acting this way, and set a punishment ex: to delete the offending group if actions like this occurred once more, or to-in worst case scenario-flag the member, or expel them from the group.
Third Offense: I would now delete the offending topic or posts-religiously.
Fourth offense: This is when I hope other mods have acknowledged the issue, and I would hopefully set up a sort of discussion with other mods to decide the fate of the offender, based on severity of the action. However, if left to myself, I would explain to the member why they were being expelled before expelling the member from the group. I prefer the former, as other people are given the choice to give opinion on what's going on, and no biased opinion is made. Also, I don't believe myself to be right all the time-so it's good to have other opinions

I moderate one other group, Fandomland
Yes, I will do my best to answer all questions asked of me.
And yes, I will of course be kind and helpful to others
In that scenario I first kindly ask them to stop and reread the group rules. Next, I would aware my fellow mods and make sure they know what's going on. Then, I would delete the rude comments.
If none of those things help stop the issue, I will let the other mods deal with the problem, asking first if it's ok to "expel" the member if the issue continues.
