I'm always on the look out for trans/nonbinary romance of any kind. I would particularly love a lesbian romance where at least one of the main characters was a trans woman and it did not have a weird fetish-y vibe. If it's a lesbian romance with butch, geeky, dorky trans woman main character I'd probably have to sell my soul to you. I would also pretty much cut off one of my arms for a lesbian romance with butch/stud/masculine of center character in relationship with other butch/stud/masculine of center character.
I particularly like pairings with age differences, height differences, realistic D/s relationships, MCs with disabilities, plus sized/chubby/fat MCs and geek/geek pairings.
I dislike victims falling for their abusers which includes victims of bullying falling for the bullies, slave fic where the innate lack of possible consent is not address/glossed over, and insta-love. I'm also not a huge fan of books where the main conflict revolves around homopobic/transphobic/misogynistic/racist violence, or sexual assault.
I also can't deal with stories where a trans character's cisgender partner had a transphobic freak out or rejects them for being trans but than they end up getting back together. I just personally can't do it. This pretty much goes for any story where the trans character needs to suffer so a cis character can be redeemed/learn a lesson.

I love reading all kinds of erotica and romance in every kind of subgenre you can think of (sci fi, fantasy, crime drama, BDSM, YA, etc). I especially love stories featuring queer women, bisexuality and trans leads. If they're POC I might kiss you for the recommendation. ;)
Things I don't like is excessive amounts of homophobic violence or use of slurs. I really dislike the "gay for you" trope. I hate internalized racism, where characters of colors drop racial slurs or perpetuate racism, but it's framed as acceptable because they're POC. I hate misogyny, and any feminizing play that's framed as humiliation kink. Oh and big no-no is the falling for their abuser or bully/victim trope. I just can't even with that.
I'll come back and add my recommendation once I finish setting up the group.
