The ending was very sad, had me crying.

Ahhhhhh....let's not even get me started on this. Okay I will start on this.
I cried at the end, I sobbed my eyes out. I just sat there for days maybe even, just staring into the wall, and contemplating life. Nah, maybe not the last part, but I definitely cried.
When I started reading this, I did not expect any of that. None of it. To be. That. Good.

Likewise! I can feel you on that staring into the wall part!

LOVED this book. One of the few books that actually made me cry. One of my all time favorites, for sure. This is one of the very few books that made me cry. Markus Zusak has written a masterpiece here. Recommended for everyone.
