I am new to this group. I would like to nominate Dictates of the Heart, by Chinyere Obinna Onwuchekwa, a Nigerian author who is new on the scene. This is her first book but it is very exciting and gives a wonderful look into the Nigerian culture from a modern standpoint. It is available on Amazon and it has topped the Nigerian novels category on Amazon. It is the top ranking novel under Nigerian novels.
