Dawn (baseballblondie) | 1166 comments I'm starting the book Deadly Intentions by Lisa Harris. Deadly Intentions by Lisa Harris

It can work for several topics/categories. Tell me what you want it to work as.

message 14: by Tiffany (new)

Tiffany Murphy (tiffers919) | 989 comments Until the Mountains Fall. I think it can work for a couple of categories. What works best for our needs?

message 15: by Bess (new)

Bess | 2584 comments Do we just start reading and then determine which category the books fall into?

Tiffany Murphy (tiffers919) | 989 comments Does anyone know how to edit the spreadsheet? It keeps wanting to open the app but when I do, the spreadsheet isn’t there.

message 27: by Dawn (new)

Dawn (baseballblondie) | 1166 comments I believe you have to do it from a desktop.

message 28: by Tiffany (new)

Tiffany Murphy (tiffers919) | 989 comments Drat, I don’t have one. My book is 3rd in a series

message 29: by Dawn (new)

Dawn (baseballblondie) | 1166 comments Just so you know guys I'm HORRIBLE at remembering to update my Goodreads statuses.

I'll try to look at the spreadsheet tomorrow from my computer

I'm hoping to finish Uglies (Uglies, #1) by Scott Westerfeld today, any preference for where it's used?

message 31: by Dawn (new)

Dawn (baseballblondie) | 1166 comments no preference. mine is going to be finished today too, and it has a mostly red cover, 309 pages. So it'll work for small or large straight.

message 32: by Dawn (new)

Dawn (baseballblondie) | 1166 comments I've updated the spreadsheet with mine and Deanne's posted reviews.

Megan (celtic_girl) | 6323 comments Mod
I used it for yahtzee (white cover), since that seemed the most restrictive category that fit the book.

message 34: by Dawn (new)

Dawn (baseballblondie) | 1166 comments Spreadsheet updated.

Guys if you post in here the category you are using, I'll update the spreadsheet. Spreadsheets and I get a long well. Though please keep in mind, that I can only update it M-F when I'm at work unless I remember to on the weekends.

message 35: by Tiffany (new)

Tiffany Murphy (tiffers919) | 989 comments I just finished my book. It counts as third in series, the author’s name has first and last names have 2 consonants, and it was published in July. So it qualifies as #3, a full house, and #4. Which do we need?

message 36: by Dawn (new)

Dawn (baseballblondie) | 1166 comments count it as the task 3 Tiffany. My current read is going to count as red on the Yahtzee task

message 37: by Tiffany (new)

Tiffany Murphy (tiffers919) | 989 comments Ok. I’ll post as soon as I get home

message 38: by Tiffany (new)

Tiffany Murphy (tiffers919) | 989 comments Do we just choose another book now?

message 39: by Dawn (new)

Dawn (baseballblondie) | 1166 comments yes.

message 40: by Dawn (new)

Dawn (baseballblondie) | 1166 comments Spreadsheet is up to date now.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/...

Tiffany - pick a book for either task 1, 5, 6, or for one of the Yahtzee ones. Or your chance book.

As a group, we need to figure out what to do for small straight, large straight, 3 of a kind, and 4 of a kind.

message 41: by Bess (new)

Bess | 2584 comments I'm hoping to finish my book this week. Work has been off the charts!

message 42: by Dawn (new)

Dawn (baseballblondie) | 1166 comments I've updated the spreadsheet with the reviews posted since the other day.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/...

We need to figure out the three of a kind, four of a kind, and which straight(s) we're doing.

Bess is working on her Chance book. I haven't decided yet on mine.

message 43: by Tiffany (new)

Tiffany Murphy (tiffers919) | 989 comments I have a book to post tonight

message 44: by Tiffany (new)

Tiffany Murphy (tiffers919) | 989 comments My book, The Silent Songbird, works for either a 6 (published in November) or a small straight (4,5,6 in publishing date). Which would help us better?

I think 6.

Megan (celtic_girl) | 6323 comments Mod
I'm working on finishing The Coldest Girl in Coldtown by Holly Black and Expiration Day by William Campbell Powell to complete the 4 of a kind category.

I'm also currently reading Eve & Adam (Eve & Adam, #1) by Michael Grant , which would work for: 5 (pub. October), 1 or 2 in a straight, or chance. Which would be the best?

message 47: by Tiffany (new)

Tiffany Murphy (tiffers919) | 989 comments I can read The Bake Shop for #1 or part of a 3 of a kind

message 48: by Bess (last edited Sep 12, 2019 01:42PM) (new)

Bess | 2584 comments Planning to finish : Lady Jayne Disappears by Joanna Davidson Politano after I finish: The Express Bride (Daughters of the Mayflower, #9) by Kimberley Woodhouse
