Do you have your book? (If not what’s the plan?)
What was your reading goal for this week and what page are you on?
2-3 sentences: What was something interesting about the book that you discussed with your group this week?

Hillary Aguilar | 4 comments I don't have my book yet but I am planning on getting it today at the book store. Our reading goal for this week was just to read a couple of pages together as a group (today). Something interesting that we read and discussed as a group was a section of chapter one that talked about how people have selective blindnes mostly when it comes to focusing on one thing. We watched one of the videos that was about keeping track of how many times the people wearing white passed a basketball. In the middle of the video a person dressed in a gorilla suit walked by, and studies said half of the people who watched the video didn't see the gorilla. It was very funny and interesting at the same time

Sheza | 1 comments Yes I have my book. I'm on page 30 and my goal is to read to page 80. Something interesting in this book was the video website they gave us to view. It was pretty cool, since we get to show others and test them.

Amanda Dorris | 2 comments I do have my book, The Invisible Gorilla. Something interesting from what we read was the red gorilla. The red gorilla was an experiment where you had to follow a the black dots and in the middle of the expecriment a red dot would appear. In the the results 30% of the people who participated missed the red dot.
