The book may be a little hard to get or overpriced. I was able to receive my copies (I bought The Death of Christian Culture as well) through the Monastery at Clear Creek Abby. When on the website, read the history. It was founded by monks who graduated from Senior's Integrated Humanities Program at the University of Kansas.https://clearcreekmonks.org/product-c...
In Barnes&Noble, the electronic version is $10.99. The paperback seems to be out of stock.https://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/rest...
